When you activate the link with PlanWorks, quotations you create in Catermonkey will be automatically forwarded to PlanWorks. This happens when the quotation has a schedule ( event planning).
How do you activate the link?
You request PlanWorks to establish the link. You can do this via help@mreinstein.nl. They will then request a special API key from us. Once this has been provided, PlanWorks will set up the link on their side.
In Catermonkey, tick the link under Links and integrations.
How does the link work?
Every 15 minutes, all future quotations that have an event schedule and name are synchronised to PlanWorks.
These are placed in the Plan Board. The customer and location of the quotation are transferred to PlanWorks. This can be either a company or a private individual, but they are always created as clients in PlanWorks.
Sending a quotation to PlanWorks
If you want to send a quotation to PlanWorks, you will first need to fill in a few fields in Catermonkey.
1. Add a customer
A quotation needs a customer in order to be sent. You can add this under Customer in Catermonkey.
In Planworks, you will see the customer under the location of the event.
2. Event planning
Your quotation requires event planning in order to be sent to PlanWorks. More information about how to add event planning can be found here.
3. Location
You add a location under Location. The location name will appear in PlanWorks.

Adding an event plan
To send a quote to PlanWorks, add an event planning in Catermonkey. You can find this in an assignment. Below you will find step-by-step instructions on which fields to fill in and how they will appear in PlanWorks.
Reporting time and start/end
1. The start time of the time block is the Check-in time in PlanWorks
2. The start and end times are the start and end of a shift
Location of shift
'Where' is the location of the shift
Number of employees and roles
1. Enter the number of employees for a specific role (function) under Number of employees.
2. Enter the role (function) for the shift under Role. Read more information about how to create a role here.
Once these fields have been filled in, they will be displayed in PlanWorks, and you can schedule employees from there.
Adding staff roles
You can add staff roles in Catermonkey under Settings >General settings. If you scroll down here, you will find Staff roles. Here you can add a new role using the plus sign.
An event has been cancelled
When an event is cancelled in Catermonkey (with the status), it is also cancelled in PlanWorks, and everyone is unscheduled.
