Include the expiry date in the quotation
You can include the expiry date in the quote using a variable. Go to the text box where you want to add the expiry date. Click on Insert variable (in green) at the top.
For quote variables, search for ‘Quotation - expiry date’.
As soon as you click on it, it will be added to the text. So place your cursor in the right spot.
Changing an expiry date
When you create a quote, the expiry date is filled in based on the date you created it. However, you can also change the expiry date for each quotation.
Once you have created a quote, click on Settings at the top right.
Here you can still change the date under Expiry date quotation.
