Automatic email after accepting the online quote

When you work with the online quote, an email is now automatically sent to the customer as soon as they have accepted the quote online. You can read how this works in this article.


How does it work?

When you send the quotation online (this can be done using the green variable Quote - link in your email), the customer can view and accept it online.

When the customer clicks on “Accept quote”, an email is now automatically sent to the email address entered for the customer in Catermonkey.


Where can you customise the email?

You can customise the email in the email templates. You can find these via the settings (gear icon at the bottom left) > Quote, email and brands > Customise email templates. The email is of the type Accepted quote confirmation.
