Would you like to create a package in Catermonkey? Follow these steps to easily set up a complete menu.
1. Navigate
Click on Assortment in the left-hand menu.
Here you’ll see an overview of your current products and packages.
2. Add a New Package
Click the green Add Product button at the top.
A panel will appear on the right-hand side — select Package.
3. Fill in the Package Details
Name: Give your package a clear name, such as “BBQ Deluxe” or “Lunch Package”.
Add Products: Click the green bar and add the desired products to your package.
Clarity: Use subheadings to show what each product is for (e.g. Starters, Main Dishes, Drinks).
4. Set Pricing Options (Advanced)
Multiple VAT Rates Within One Package
When you check “Multiple VAT rates in this package”, you can apply different VAT rates within a single package.
This is useful, for example, for a drinks formula that includes both soft drinks (low VAT) and alcoholic beverages (high VAT).
You can define the VAT split based on:
a percentage distribution, or
absolute amounts.
Package Price as the Sum of Products
If you want the package price to automatically be the sum of the included products, enable “Package price is sum of products in the package.”
Go to the Products in this package tab to review and adjust individual product prices.
5. Save
Satisfied with your package? Click Save Package.
Your package is now available in your assortment, quote, production list, and order!
💡 Tip: Want to make changes later?
Go to Assortment, click on the package, and adjust the details as needed.
