Would you like customers to be able to pay their invoices directly online via the widgets or via a payment link?
This is possible with the Stripe integration!
How do I activate the Stripe integration?
You can activate the integration in Catermonkey.
Go to ‘Links and Integrations’ (via the cog icon at the bottom left).
Scroll down to the e-commerce section.
Enter the Secret key that you can find in your Stripe account (see next step).
Save the changes.
Where can I find the Secret key in Stripe?
Go to your Stripe account.
You can find the API keys in ‘Home’
You will see two API keys. The one you need is the Secret key.
Copy and paste the Secret key into Catermonkey.
Testing with Stripe
If you would like to make a test payment with Stripe first, please follow these steps:
Go to your Stripe account.
Click on your company in the top left corner.
Click on ‘Switch to sandbox’.
Then click on ‘Create sandbox’ and create a sandbox.
In the sandbox, you can find the API keys on the same screen (in Home). Copy the Secret key and paste it into Catermonkey.
If the test was successful, you can start working with the official API key.
