With the MailChimp integration, your customer database is synchronised (every hour) from MailChimp to your Audience
Where can you find the MailChimp integration?
You can find the MailChimp integration under Integrations via Settings (cog icon at the bottom left)
How do you set up the integration?
1. Set up the MailChimp API key
You can find the API key under Profile > Extra > API keys.
Copy the key and paste it into the API key field in Catermonkey
2. Set up an Audience ID
You can find an Audience ID under Audience > (•••) Audience Settings > Audience ID
Copy the Audience ID and paste it into the Audience ID field in Catermonkey
Then save the changes.
What does the integration do?
The integration synchronises the following data to Audience in MailChimp every hour (if available):
First name
Surname
Email address
