How do I enter my availability in Catermonkey? (Staff)

1. Log in to Catermonkey

You can do this via the login page. Once your client has invited you to Catermonkey, you can create a password. You can then log in.


2. What do you see now?

You will now be taken to your staff portal. Here you can find, among other things, the days you are scheduled/invited to work.

You can also indicate your availability here. You can do this at the bottom of the page:


3. How do you indicate your availability?

You can tick the days when you are available. For example, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Once you have ticked these days, you will see a schedule at the bottom showing all the days up to a year in advance.

If you are unavailable on a specific day, click on I can! ✔️. This will then change to I cannot 🚫.


BONUS: (To better assist your client)

Fill in your personal details

You can also click on the icon 👤 in the top right-hand corner of your staff portal. Here you will find your personal details.

You can fill these in completely so that they are correctly reflected in the staff planning (for your client).
