The order bin in Catermonkey is a handy feature that allows users to restore (accidentally) deleted orders. Below you will find information on how to find the recycle bin and who has access to it.
Location of the Order Bin
To find the order bin in Catermonkey, follow these steps:
Go to the Calendar menu.
Click on Tools in the top right-hand corner.
Scroll down to find the order bin. All deleted tasks are stored here.
Access to the bin
The visibility of the order bin depends on user permissions. Only users with the Owner/Manager role have access to the order bin. If you cannot see the order bin, please contact someone within your organisation who has this role. They can restore the deleted task.
