The convenience and use of tags!

Would you like to see at a glance which dishes are vegetarian, or how many customers are actually returning?

Tags give you a lot of freedom! In this article, I will show you how and where you can add and use tags.


Where can you add tags?

Tags can be added in many useful places. Such as:

  • Per customer
    1. Go to your customer database or assignment for a customer.

    2. Under Contact details, you will see Customer tags.

  • Per assignment

    1. Click on an assignment in your calendar.
    2. In the details (date, event name, etc.), you will see Tags under Assignment category.

  • In your product range for products, materials and packages
    1. Click on a product in the range
    2. You can add tags below the description.

  • With your photos and files.
    1. Go to your media libraryin the settings ( gear icon at the bottom left)

    2. Here you can add tags for each photo and file.


How can you add tags?

Go to one of the above locations. Type in the tag you would like to add. You will then see the option Add new tag. Click on this to create the tag and add it to this customer.

Click on the added tag to give it a colour:


What can you do with tags?

Tags make searching much easier. All you have to do is add your tag in the appropriate search field or search filter, and all results with that tag will appear.

You also have a clear overview of what belongs where in your product range, calendar and customer database. (New and returning customers, vegetarian/vegan dishes, etc.)
