How do I adjust a quote or order at a customer's request?

If a customer wants to make a change to their quote or order, you can easily adjust it in Catermonkey. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Calendar

Click on Calendar in the menu on the left and find the order for which the quote needs to be adjusted.

2. Open the order

Click on the relevant order to view the details.

3. Adjust the products

  • Scroll down to the “Products” section.

  • A pencil icon will appear on the right-hand side of this box. Click on it to edit the products.

  • Adjust the quantities, products or prices according to the customer's wishes.

  • Click on the green “Save changes” button at the bottom.

4. Create a new quote

  • Scroll down to the ‘Quote’ section.

  • Click on ‘+ Recreate quote from template’.

  • Select the appropriate quote template.

5. Check and send the new quote

  • Check that all changes are correct by viewing the quotation.

  • If everything is correct, click on the green ‘Send quote to customer’ button at the top left.

  • The customer will now receive the updated quote by email.
