Would you like to show your customer multiple options in the quote without them being included in the total amount? You can now do this easily by adding options.
How does it work?
In the order
Go to the Products field in an order and click on ‘Add options to your quote’ below the total overview.
Add the options or alternatives by searching for products from the range.
Save the changes.
A heading entitled ‘Alternatives and options’ will now automatically appear below the price overview in the quotation.
You can then easily move the added options back up using the ‘⬆’ button, so that they are displayed in the price overview again.
In your quotation templates
Use the green variable menu - options or menu - options bullet points to display these options as text in your quotation templates.
Good to know
Options are not displayed on the invoice unless you move them to the price overview.
Options are also not displayed on lists and overviews, such as the order overview and the production list, unless you move them to the price overview.
The alternatives and options feature does not work in the old quotation editor. Feel free to send an email to support@catermonkey.com, and we will be happy to help you transfer your quotation templates to the new editor.
