Unfortunately, Catermonkey does not currently offer a direct way to send newsletters to your customers. What you can do:
Export your customer database:
Go to ‘Import/Export and Tools’ in the top right-hand corner and then select ‘Export customer database to Excel’. The download will start automatically.
Use a newsletter tool:
The Excel file contains first names, surnames and email addresses, amongst other details. You can then import this data into a newsletter programme such as Mailchimp or MailerLite to send your mailing.
Or:
Use the MailChimp integration
Have customer details and email addresses synchronised in MailChimp every hour so you can send a newsletter from there. Read more →
