Would you like customers to receive an automatic email a few days after an event, asking them to leave a review? You can! In this article, I will explain how to set this up.
How do I set up the review link?
Go to Settings (gear icon at the bottom left)
Under General settings, you will find a slider labelled “Automatically send review emails”. Turn it on.
Set the number of days after the event that you want this email to be sent.
Add the link that leads to your review page.
Save the changes.
How do I set up the review email?
Go to Settings (gear icon at the bottom left)
Click on Quote, email and brands in the menu on the left
Click on Customise email templates
The email with the type Review request email is the email that will be sent.
Click on the email and edit the text.
Make sure the variable Settings - Review link is included in the email!
Save the changes.
