If you’d rather not use a fixed package price, but want the price to depend on the products in the package, you can choose to have Catermonkey calculate the package price automatically.
Below, I’ll explain how you can easily set this up.
Step 1: Create a bundle:
Step 2: Give the bundle a name and tick ‘Bundle price is the sum of the products in the bundle’:
Step 3: Fill the bundle with products:
After selecting the products, you will see the retail price on the right as it appears in your product range. This can also be adjusted within the package!
Result: The price is now the sum of the products in the bundle
Additional info:
"What price does the customer see?" On the quote, the customer only sees this total price, so in the case of the example: €31.50. The customer does not see the individual prices that make up this total.
"What about VAT rates?" The system also takes into account the VAT rates specified in the Product Range, even if these are different rates. This therefore works correctly in invoicing as well.
