There may be a few reasons why you were automatically logged out:
1. Inactivity
You will be automatically logged out if you have not taken any action for a while. This is to ensure the security of your account.
2. Logging in on another device
If the same email address is logged in on another device, you will be automatically logged out of your current session.
3. Multiple tabs open
Do you have Catermonkey open in multiple tabs or windows at the same time?
This can cause conflicts that result in you being logged out.
Do you regularly work with multiple people at the same time in one login account?
Then consider creating an additional management account. This way, everyone works with their own login, which is clearer and more secure. Please note: an additional management account costs £36 per month per additional user.
To create an additional user:
Go to the cogwheel at the bottom left
Click on 'Manage your team'
Add a new user
Advantages of a personal account:
You can work on quotations and assignments with several colleagues at the same time
Personal settings and filters are saved
Comments in quotations are linked to your name
You can easily schedule each other for assignments and events
You have your own signature on your quotations
And you can set up a personal e-mail address via 'My account'
