If you want to send an email from an email address other than your default one (e.g. your personal work email), follow the steps below to set this up for your own management account.
Please note: First set up a general email address under Quotation, Email & Brands.
Where can I find my personal email?
Click on My Account at the bottom left, under Avatar.
How do I add an email address?
Select the brand under '--Select brand--'.
Enter the email address you want to use under 'Email address'.
Click on 'Create email address'.
How do I set up the email?
You set up the email based on the settings made for the brand email address. This is often the info@ email. Want to switch email settings? First go to the cog icon > Quote, Email and Brands > Email settings.
What settings are there?
SPF
Send emails from the Catermonkey mail server with a better sender. Required: Access to your email provider's DNS settings. See more information here.
SMTP
Send emails from your own mail server with your own sender. Required: The details of your email provider's SMTP server. See below for more information:
Microsoft
Sending emails from Microsoft (official integration).
