The equipment list is an overview of all the non-food equipment you need for one or more assignments. This includes items such as crockery, tables, chairs, glassware and kitchen appliances.
A materials list makes it easy to keep track of everything and ensures that you don't forget anything during the preparations.
Step 1: Generate a materials list
How do you generate a materials list?
Select the assignments in the calendar for which you want to generate the materials list (or do this within a single assignment).
Click on Lists and overviews and then on materials list.

Step 2: Share the online materials list
Team members receive a link that allows them to view and (if permitted) edit the list online.
Administrators and office users can also find previously generated lists via:
Calendar > Lists > Material lists > Previously generated lists
Please note: the list is frozen at the time of generation. If something changes later in the linked orders (such as quantities or products), you will need to regenerate the list for an up-to-date overview.
You can tick off the materials and also add a comment. In addition, you can see for each item which product the material is needed for and where to obtain it, but this is only visible if you have sorted the materials.
At the bottom, you can see which order(s) you are currently collecting materials for.
