How do I add a cancellation reason?

When you set your order to ‘Cancelled’ status, you can add a cancellation reason. In this article, I’ll explain how to add and edit these reasons.


Where can you find cancellation reasons?

You can find the cancellation reasons in the settings (cog icon at the bottom left)


How do you add new cancellation reasons?

  • Go to the settings (cog icon bottom left)

  • Scroll to ‘Cancellation reasons’

  • Click the “+” icon top right

  • Add a new reason

  • Save with the check icon


How do you add a cancellation reason to an assignment?

  • Go to an order

  • Edit the order details in the top right-hand corner

  • Change the status to ‘Cancelled’

  • You will now see the option to add the reason

  • Save the changes.
