1. Go to Website widget
In the left-hand menu, click on Website widget to go to your widget settings.
2. Select the desired widget
Click on the widget for which you want to block a specific date.
Scroll down in the widget settings.
3. Edit the widget settings
Click on Edit widget settings to adjust the configuration of your widget.
4. Go to: Order deadlines, delivery times, closed periods
In the edit window, you will see the section Order deadlines, delivery times, closed periods. Here you can set the dates you want to block.
5. Block the desired dates
Scroll down and you will see the option ‘Blocked dates on which customers cannot order/request’ at the bottom.
Select the dates you want to block for orders or requests.
6. Add the date range
Click on the green ‘Add date range’ button to add the selected dates.
7. Save the changes
Scroll up and click Save changes to update your settings.
💡 Tip: By blocking these dates, you can prevent customers from placing orders on specific dates, for example during holiday periods or when you are unavailable.
