How do you set this up?
Go to the Widgets.
Click on Website & Widget in the menu on the left.
Select the widget you want to use or create a new one.

Once the widget is made and linked, customers can request a quote or place an order directly via your website.
You will receive the requests directly in Catermonkey and can process them easily.
