If you cannot see all your assignments or quotations in the calendar, check that you have set the correct filters. Follow these steps to display everything correctly:
Step 1: Check the display
Click on 'Calendar'in the menu on the left.
The calendar opens in week view or list view by default.
Make sure you are in list view so that you have a clear overview.
Step 2: Check the filters
Click on 'Search orders/quotes' in the top right-hand corner.
Check whether any active filters are set, such as:
Status (e.g. only confirmed orders)
Customer name
Location
Click on "Reset search filter to default value" to remove all filters and search again.
Step 3: Check the date filter
Adjust the date filter by selecting the start and end dates.
Set the period, for example, from the beginning of this year to the end of this year.
Step 4: Search again
Click on the green "Search" button in the top right corner.
You should now see a complete overview of all your orders and quotations. ✅
Still can't see everything?
