Requesting a quote by email

Not every request starts via your website – and that's okay. But even with returning customers who may continue to email you, you can make things easier for yourself (and them) by subtly directing them to your widgets.

Direct customers to your website for faster processing

If you receive an incomplete request via email, kindly direct the customer to your website to resubmit the request via your widget. This way, you will immediately receive all the information you need, and your customer will know exactly what you offer.

Use a fixed signature or reply template in your email programme, such as:

Hello! Thank you for your request.

Did you know that our website provides a very clear overview of what we offer?

You can easily submit your requirements via this link [link to your quotation indicator or smart contact form].

This will provide us with all the necessary information to quickly send you a quote that perfectly suits your party.

Are you having trouble or would you prefer us to fill it in for you? Feel free to let us know!

Why does this work?

  • Your customer immediately gets a clear picture of your offer

  • You receive complete and structured information in your Catermonkey account

  • You save time and create a quote in no time

Make it extra easy by inserting the right link – for example, to a specific quotation indicator for a company party or wedding. This makes it feel personal, but keeps it efficient.
