Check the following points to ensure that the contents of packages are clearly visible on the quotation:
Use the correct variable:
Ensure that you use the correct menu variable in your quotation templates. This could be menu - bullet points, menu, or menu - food only, for example.
Check the visibility of the products in the package:
Click on the pencil icon next to the package.
Go to “Products in this package”.
Check whether the eye icon is visible (i.e. without a line through it).
Check the quotation settings for the package:
Click on the pencil icon next to the package again.
Go to “Quotation settings”.
Check whether the option “Do not show products from this package on the quotation” is ticked.
Is this the case? If so, untick this option to make the products visible.
