Organise list of materials

Group materials that are stored together in your warehouse

Written by Catermonkey Support
Updated this week

Have you stored materials in different places and would you like to have them all together in the materials list? You can! This can be done using make lists.

Creating a shopping list

1. Go to settings (gear icon at the bottom left)

2. Create a checklist and give it the correct name. (Warehouse A, Bar warehouse, Stock, etc.)

Link a make list to a material

1. Go to the assortment (left side of the menu)

2. Edit an existing material / add a new material

3. Click on Link production list and select one of the production lists.

4. Save the changes.

What does the material list look like?

When you download the material list now, you will see that the materials are categorised into blocks.

Tip! Exclude non-food items from the material list

You probably don't want non-food items such as personnel and transport costs on the material list. When editing a product, you can use the checkbox under Usually unnecessary functions to hide this product on material lists.
